We’ll have a special dinner party each night at sunset with fresh flowers, candlelight and champagne. Relaxing guided meditations, healing sound therapy with crystal bowls and an ocean drum. Gentle yoga sessions and nature walks. Definitely there will be chocolate.

Art therapy to rekindle your creativity. Nightly sacred women’s circle around the fire, burning away that which we release and celebrating all that we’ve overcome.

Plenty of alone time to sleep in, journal under your own personal oak tree and enjoy the hot tub. Then we will come together and hold space for one another as well as ourselves.

JUST IN: We will also have red light therapy available if you’d like to try it out, and I’m working on a massage option, thanks to a guest’s suggestion.

I’m beyond excited to make this a magical experience for you. The location is a gorgeous wedding venue in the hill country, but don’t worry… no vows will be exchanged other than to give yourself all the love you deserve. And my intention is that we all form friendships that will be the “til death do us part” kind that bring so much joy.

Frequently asked questions

What do we wear?

Actually, just wear anything that you feel comfortable in. If you want to wear your PJs all weekend, no problem! We will be doing arts and crafts, hiking in nature, and laying down on yoga mats for sound healing, so just wear something that feels good. We will also be sitting around a campfire at night. You may want to bring layers, as it may be colder in the evening. You probably don't want to bring heels, as it's a ranch and there are some stone pathways from the main house to the reception hall. If you'd like to enjoy the hot tub, don't forget your swimsuit!

What do I need to bring?

Please bring a towel with you if you can. We will be sharing bathrooms, and I'm not sure what the towel situation is but it seems like a good idea to bring your own in case they all look alike. Also, we will have a Cricut for you to play with, so if you'd like to make a cool iron-on design for a T-shirt, you can bring one with you. I'll provide all kinds of things you can decorate, including a stainless steel tumbler and some super cool vintage cigar boxes, so you don't have to bring a T-shirt unless you'd like.

will there be alcohol?

We will start our get-together each day at 10:00 am. If you are an early riser, I will have coffee and a breakfast bar available for you, and you can sit around in your bathrobe and slippers and visit, enjoy the hot tub or do whatever you feel like. The ranch is gorgeous and so peaceful. I want you to have time to explore and do what brings you joy. Want to have a photo shoot in a beautiful one-size-fits-all fancy dressing gown? Absolutely. Let me know if you'd like to schedule a massage and I will put you in contact with someone.

What is on the agenda?

We will also do sound healing with crystal bowls, some gentle yoga, nature walks, play with sparklers in the evening, do some guided meditations to get you super relaxed, and we will have a campfire at night and do some simple but powerful healing rituals in our women's circle. And then we will make S'Mores. I have a really ridiculous but fun game called Ransom Notes that we can play as well. One of the things I'm most excited about is having a fancy dinner party at sunset each evening. We will have tons of candles and flowers and be served on fine china and drink from crystal glasses. Life is meant to be celebrated, and we will go all out! I really want you to have the time of your life and make friends that you will keep forever!

What's this soul-nourishing part all about?

I've been on a personal development journey for the past five years, and I can't wait to share with you some of the things I've learned that have absolutely changed my life. I can't do the work for you, but I can certainly light up the path for you and hold your hand as you make small changes that lead to a more beautiful life filled with joy. We will talk about holding space for yourself and others and how to connect and build wonderful friendships. If you will come with an open mind and heart, I just know you will leave this weekend feeling loved and supported. You deserve this.

Is there food?

Oh, yes! We will have mostly protein-based meals with fruit and vegetables. There's a large catering kitchen, so if you'd like to gather there while I prepare our meals, I'd love to show you some things I've learned about no-fuss, healthy cooking. And no retreat is complete without chocolate! Most options will be super healthy. We may throw in a couple decadent options just to splurge a little. Be sure to let me know about any dietary restrictions when you sign up, and I'm happy to accommodate you. I make a delicious (really) tofu out of pumpkin seeds.

Where will we sleep?

Please check out the location page on the site for a video that shows the sleeping rooms at the ranch. If you're coming with friends, you can get a room with multiple beds. If you're coming solo, you won't be put in a room with someone else unless you request that. We are transforming the huge reception hall into an indoor glamping site, and you can have your own private boho teepee with a real bed inside with cozy linens. The reception hall has heating and bathrooms. We are not roughing it! You can select your lodging preference when you register.
